Planking
I’ve been timing myself planking as long as I can hold out. I’m thinking about keeping a running record of the times on the site.
Planking is a great way to start a fitness routine. There are many videos out there on how to do it. Just get started and keep at it every day. If you don’t want to time yourself, don’t. The only thing I ask, is that your plank for as long as you can EVERY day.
