Important Routines
I have a list of things that I try to do daily. Sometimes, I do them all and other times, not. There is a significant difference in the way I’m able to function when I have stuck to my routine for consecutive days.
I start to feel capable, healthier, productive and creative.
My routine details are below. You can adapt my routine however you see fit.
Morning: Making the bed
Vitamins/Supplements: Multivitamin, D3, 5-HTP, Melatonin
Skin care: Wash, Face mist, Oil, Moisturizer, Lip balm
Walk: I walk the dog multiple times a day. We like going to the park :)
Exercise: Planking, Elliptical, Yoga. I’m thinking of taking up a martial arts program.
Read: Novels, Newspapers, Biographies
Night: Midnight. This is the one I fail at the most.
